Gnathos with short arms and a slightly laterally compressed ovoid median lobe. Sacculus: ALM slightly sinuate; ALA ~90° with a small inrolled projection; LM shallowly concave, slightly crenate; PLA rounded, slightly dentate, with long straight projection extending posteromedially across the valvula. Costa: a short basal bar with a hairy extension connected to the posterior border of the sacculus. Valvula: fairly broad, slightly elongate, rounded at apex, extending beyond sacculus. Transtilla a rounded lobe continuous with costa, not meeting in midline. Juxta a somewhat pedunculate fold from junction of sacculi to base of ventral surface of tunica. Tunica 2-pronged, the right prong with a distinct subapical tooth. Vesica longer than tunica; annulus moderate, continuous with sclerotisation of concave side of curve; a single (?2 closely appressed) slender shallowly curved cornutus alongside the anterior ½ of the sclerotised curve. |
Male genital key: Sacculus with a 90° anterolateral angle (when laid flat), with the lateral margin about as long as the anterior margin; with a long posterior process, arising from the lateral end of the posterior margin and directed posteromedially completely crossing the valvula
