T: arched. small cordate dorsal plate with a small central Y-shaped keel; anterior ends articulate with costa. Gnathos with short arms and ovoid median lobe. Sacculus: ALM fairly straight; ALA distinct with a small inrolled projection; LM shallowly concave; PLA with a moderate blunt projection, with a small tooth on the inner surface near its base. Costa: strengthened at base, expanding laterally as a rounded sclerotisation crossing and attached to the sacculus. Valvula: elongate, rounded at apex, extending a little beyond PP of sacculus. Transtilla continuous with costa, not quite meeting in midline. Juxta a somewhat pedunculate fold from junction of sacculi to base of ventral surface of tunica. Tunica 2-pronged, one prong with a prominent dorsal apical tooth, the other turned slightly dorsally at apex. Vesica about as long as tunica; fairly long hyaline gap between tunica and annulus; annulus moderately broad, continuous with sclerotisation of concave side of curve; a single cornutus alongside the anterior end of the sclerotised curve.
