*Wingspan range quoted by MBGBI3 (9-10mm) is certainly incorrect. Wingspan quoted here is based on specimens I have examined.
ID: Group E - obscurely streaked

Male genitalia
V: V-shaped, a narrow gap in the sclerotisation at the point of the V such that it is essentially constructed of 2 sclerotised rods, posterior ends free. T: arched; small ~rectangular dorsal plate, the posterolateral angles of which are slightly produced; with a Y-shaped central keel; anterior ends articulate with costa. Gnathos with short arms and a distinctly elongate laterally compressed ovoid median lobe. Sacculus: ALM sinuate; ALA indistinct with a small inrolled projection; LM shallowly sinuate; PLA with a moderate blunt curved projection, which extends ~halfway across the valvula, with a distinct slightly elongate tooth on the inner surface near its base. Costa: essentially represented by a broad medial projection from the junction of the posterior portions of the sacculus and vulvula to its articulation with the tegumen. A hairy pad on inner surface of valva at junction of sacculus costa and valvula. Valvula: very broad, elongate, rounded at apex, extending well beyond sacculus. Transtilla continuous with but much narrower than costa, not meeting in midline, each side with an obtuse angle such that the two sides together form a W. Juxta a somewhat pedunculate fold from junction of sacculi to base of ventral surface of tunica. Tunica 2-pronged, each with a lateral tooth at ~⅗, beyond which the sclerotisation is weaker. Vesica slightly but distinctly longer than tunica; short hyaline gap between tunica and annulus; annulus narrow, continuous with diffuse sclerotisation of concave side of curve; a comb of 4-5 closely appressed cornuti alongside the centre of the sclerotised curve. Male genital key: Anterolateral margin of sacculus smoothly curved and extended into a posterior process
