Male genitalia
Vinculum standard, slightly produced into a bluntly pointed saccus. Tegumen arched. Sacculus rectangular; anteroventral margin straight; anterolateral angle obtuse, rounded, unadorned; lateral margin straight, finely serrate, becoming dentate posteriorly; posterolateral angle acutely produced, its apex naturally slightly incurved. Valvula elongate. Costa with only a short connection to sacculus; produced anteromedially into a long transtilla; in dorsal view of the unopened capsule the transtillae appear linear, mostly straight but kinked anteriorly at their medial end; in lateral view they can be seen to be expanded in the dorso-ventral plane, such that in the set position they appear broad. Juxta short, attched to ventral surface of tunica. Tunica two-pronged, medium-length, the prongs tethered for whole length and arranged dorsal and ventral (rather than left and right); ventral prong with a moderate subapical tooth on right side, dorsal prong expanded into a curved plate at its apex, both apical corners of which are produced into a moderate tooth; ventral surface of tunica extends anterior to connection with juxta. Vesica as long as tunica, with a distinct curve; annulus present continuous with sclerotisation of concave wall of curve. 2, 3 or 4 discrete thorn-like cornuti and a comb of fine cornuti in vesica (the comb being the most anterior "cornutus").

Female genitalia
Anal papillae pointed. Posterior apophyses ~3xOP. Anterior apophyses ~1.5xOP. Ostial plate quadrate; posterior margin notched with sparsely haired lobes either side of the notch; lateral margins indent posteriorly. A pair of strong carinae on ventral surface from just anterior to notch in posterior margin, where the carinae are almost apposed, diverge anteriorly to ostium. Dorsal plate of A8 with a strongly sclerotised median line. Ostium at anterior margin, complex. Dorsal surface of ostium formed by the ostial plate between the carinae; the anterior margin of the ostial plate at the the ostium has a pair of notches either side of a midline prominence; lateral walls of the ostium formed by extension from the carinae, these extending anterior to the anterior margin; ventral wall of the ostium formed by a flap between the carinae with a concave posterior margin. No sclerotised antrum. Ductus bursae fairly short (~3xOP) with middle and anterior coils. Immediately anterior to ostium the ductus bursae is hyaline and narrows abruptly. Sclerotisations: hemicircumferential, spiculate + linear from narrowing for just <1xOP; smudgy-reticulate in middle coil for ~1xOP. Junction with bursa gradual. Bursa elongate ovoid. Signum a fairly large thorn with a broad, bowed base-plate with pointed ends and a long slightly curved spike

Female genital key: Corpus bursae with a thorn signum, without an additional linear spiculate patch; ductus bursae with heavy linear spiculation extending from ostium for a length slightly less than that of ostial plate; ostium a flagon-shaped incision reaching the anterior margin of the ostial plate; separate smudgy/reticulate sclerotisation in mid-section of ductus bursae; signum medium.
