Male genitalia
Key: Tunica simple; with a comb of cornuti in the vesica; sacculus without distinctive features, without an anterolateral angle but with a small flap midway along the anterolateral margin; sacculus with an additional small flap near the posterolateral angle.
The genitalia are most similar to C.albidella, which lacks the flap at the posterolateral angle, but is easily distinguished on external features
The sacculus of C.betulella has an anterolateral angle; its posterolateral angle reaches the valvula and the valvula is relatively long
